Center for Marketing Research New Hires

The Center for Marketing Research at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth is excited to announce the addition of three new MBA students joining our staff. Justina Andonian of Fall River, Cristian Petcu of North Attleboro and Courtney Osier of Dennis.

Justina is a recent graduate of UMass Dartmouth, having completed her B.S. in Marketing this past spring and she is among two of the most recent Graduate Assistants to join the CMR. She has been working at the Center since her sophomore year at UMD. In that capacity she has been involved in client meetings, data collection and representing the Center at area events. Justina is our Social Media Coordinator and handles our Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and blog.

Cristian is also a recent graduate from UMass Dartmouth and completed his undergrad in Marketing and will accompany Justina as the CMR’s second grad assistant. His focus in the graduate program is to obtain his MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management. Before switching to a business degree, Cristian previously studied Engineering. His knowledge in statistics and mathematics will surely be an asset to our Center.

Courtney is a 2011 graduate from Stonehill College receiving her B.S. in Science and Business Administration and her B.S. in Art. Her focus in the graduate program is to obtain her MBA with a concentration in Marketing. She joins the CMR as our Graphic Design Specialist helping with creating infographic presentations to showcase our newest study findings as well as our promotional materials.

Andonian, Petcu and Osier are excited to start the MBA program at the University while obtaining exceptional real-world experience at the CMR. Both grad assistants will be working to complete several studies including a longitudinal analysis that involves social media usage of the Inc. 500. They will also be working on a ground-breaking study that surveys MA consumers in an effort to locate new markets for fish alternatives resulting from current fishing regulations. Projects will be supervised by CMR Director Dr. Nora Ganim Barnes.

    For sure they deserve their position,now a days market research is really one of the great way of all business specially in Helsinki Finland and having a professional stuff really can give a big advantage for it.
