Why not go through a local The Umass Dartmouth Center for Marketing Research (CMR) is currently accepting requests from area businesses and other organizations to perform marketing research for the fall semester, beginning in September 2010!

We perform customized market research, giving you information contributing to a more complete understanding of both existing and potential customers. With over 10 years of experience in marketing research, valuable results are guaranteed to our clients! The final report is presented to the client at a dinner reception at the end of the semester. CMR provides high quality, affordable marketing assistance utilizing Center staff, faculty, students, and expert practitioners.

Fees generally run from $4,000-5,000. Each study has an appraised market value of $15,000-$20,000!

The Center for Marketing Research is associated with and maintains a close relationship with the Chambers of Commerce within southeastern Massachusetts. This unique relationship provides the Center with an effective business networking capability. Past clients include Arts & Business Council of Rhode Island, Bank of Fall River, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, Citizens- Union Savings Bank, Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Massachusetts Office of International Trade & Investment, and hundreds of others.
